Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the MRI?

Does the MRI measure individuals or organizations?

The MRI measures the productivity of a group of employees.  If that group is an entire organization, then it is the MRI of the organization.  If the group has a manager over it (a “Management Group”), then the MRI is not only a measure of that group’s productivity, it also tells us how well the manager is managing.  This is because:  the primary responsibility of management is to maximize the productivity of those under his/her charge.  So the MRI is not only a metric for group productivity, but also a metric for management performance.
