The process begins with a brief on-line survey.  Every employee of the organization will receive an email with instructions and a link to the MRI Survey.  The average time to complete the survey is 6.5 minutes.  The Survey will remain open for ten business days.

 

During the open survey period, we will work with the MRI Champion within your organization to create the MRI Operational Profile.  This document identifies the various Management Groups (Departments, Regions, Offices, Branches) as well as Demographic Groups (gender, ethnicity, seniority range, age range, etc.) of every employee.

 

At the close of the survey, the results are downloaded into the MRI System which, with the Operational Profile, will compile, process and analyze the data, producing actionable intelligence reports for presentation.

 

The final step is the presentation of MRI results, conclusions and recommendations for the quarterly period.
